1) Who are we ?

We are growers and exporters. Eren was established in 1993 in Mersin as a small export company with 5 people at the time. Our main markets being Russia and South Europe, we focused on citrus exports. Later on, we expanded to our main office in Mersin with 12 people and began to open up fruit varieties along new markets such as East and West Europe. In 2006 we moved to our own production facility in Tarsus region after which the real story begins. We opened the Southeast Asia, Canada, Africa, Northern Europe markets and expanded our product varieties to all fruits & vegetables available inside Turkey. Currently, we export to over 62 countries and have over 60 varieties in our belt. After 2014, we began our institutionalization process with a renovated Website, software control throughout production, a quality control department, state of the art optical sizing and sorting machines and R&D programs.

Working with 62 different markets, we are very well rehearsed in different customs procedures, different packaging demands and different cultures along with their various demands. Having several partner factories inside different regions in Turkey and providing 60 different product varieties ranging from fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and fresh citrus, we can say with confidence we can meet any packaging, labeling and production demand any market requires. As of 2018, we have 9 languages spoken inside our Sales Department along with over 1000 personnel total during the peak season. Having our own logistics department, we can provide Trucking, Container, Reefer and Air Cargo solutions along with CIF/CFR/CFA pricing solutions to anywhere on the planet. Our Air Cargo division is a separate department with its own R&D and service focusing on providing the best solutions possible. Our operations are fueled with the solar panels on our roof, water filtration systems, minimal waste and sustainable agriculture policies that are deeply embedded in our corporate policies.

We are always near our workforce whenever they need something, Our office is decorated with social areas, game areas and our workforce is taken care of both financially and in terms of social security. We always strive to improve and regularly send our employees to educational programs around the country based on their professions. Another value we have is integrity. We have many customers that we work with for more than 20 years in our portfolio, when EREN says “It will be done” it means it will be done. Another value we have is our love for nature, the foundation of this company. We have solar panels on the roof of our facility and we save 1100 trees and 450 TONS of CO2 emission per year, our products are grown in the Sun and process by the Sun. We have water filtration and environment protection policies all around our operation process. We support sustainable agriculture and have policies in place to ensure this goes in to our every decision. Turkey was the heart of agriculture for more than 10.000 years, the first ever farm to be discovered was on Anatolia. If we are to be thankful for this fertile earth for supporting humanity for more than 10.000 years it is only fair that we sacrifice profit for a better world.

5) How can we start cooperation ?

- Your full company details (Name, Address, VAT)

- Your name and position in your company

- If you are working with a debit insurance company please state the company name your registration no (Coface, Euler Hermes, DRC, Banks etc.)

After we get your information, we will send you our contract for you to review. During the contract review, we shall set the payment terms, logistic terms, quality terms, any programs and any additional requirements if any and then we will be ready to go.

6) How do price offers and sales operations happen ?

Payment terms, ordering terms and QA after arrival should have been covered inside our contact.

a) Price offers:

After we have signed our contract and are ready to offer you prices, we shall send you available products with their respective pricing & packaging (EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP etc. which ever you request) each Monday around noon. Usually our citrus prices are fixed for a week and our fruits & vegetables prices changes every 24 or 48 hours. Fruit and vegetables prices will be updated automatically or on your request. Don’t hesitate to contact your appointed sales representative with e-mail or WhatsApp for any and all queries and questions. We are here to serve you at anytime. Please verify the pricing, packaging, delivery terms, availability and product specifications (Labeling, documentation, sizing, color, brix levels, juice content, packaging etc.) with your sales representative before confirming an order on your side.

b) Confirming an order:

After you have confirmed the order with your sales representative you shall receive a one page order confirmation document stating all the details of the order. This will need to be signed and stamped from both parties and sent to us. After this document is signed the order is confirmed. You can contact your sales representative for any information such as vessel location, order arrival time and documentation.

c) Documentation & Labeling:

Our sales representative would have already confirmed your needs for labeling and documentation even before the order confirmation. The documents will be sent to you via E-Mail or WhatsApp (which ever you prefer) for you to review and approve. Upon written approval on your end the documents will be send via express cargo to your desired address so you can clear customs.

d) Arrival:

The terms and requirements of this part will be covered inside our standard contract.

8) What packaging styles do we have available ?

We have plastic, carton, wooden, punnet, net, bag and many more packaging styles that we can do. We have our own facility capable of providing you with your point shot needs. 9) What are our payment terms ?

10) What is our MOQ ?

Our MOQ for is 20.000 KG for container & truck type of transport types and anywhere from 300 to 3000 KG for air cargo operations depending on country and product type. For more information you can find our MOQ for each product both in writing under here.

11) What technologies does EREN use in their production ?

EREN has state of the art optical sizers with an error rate of 0.5 mm in diameter and 1 gram / fruit. We also have our own bagging and netting machine, labeling machine, our own carton assembling machine, a black room for spotting minor defects in citrus, state of the art storage units, ethylene gas chambers, juicing and pulp/crust separating facilities and automatic box filling machines. These are all accompanied by our own quality and R&D departments which conduct durability and field quality checks daily during the production.

12) What is EREN’s daily production capacity?

We can produce 25 TONS / HOUR of citrus and 10 TONS/HOUR of fruits & vegetables in our factory. We work double shifts which brings our total capacity to 300 TONS / DAY for citrus and 120 TON / DAY for fruits and vegetables.
