Our company, as one of the exemplary fruit and vegetable packaging enterprises of Turkey, has adopted delivering “Safe Food” from field to table as its business principle and life philosophy. To achieve this goal, we aim to: · Prioritize customer satisfaction by organizing and continuously improving our operations according to customer expectations and demands, · Implement BRCGS and ISO22000 food safety management systems as our primary duty to achieve our goals, · Ensure employee participation in our processes, enhancing and improving employee satisfaction, · Provide our customers with high-quality and safe products, · Continuously improve our Food Safety Management System, develop it in line with Food Safety Standards, and enhance its effectiveness while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, · Produce safe products in healthy and hygienic environments, maintaining the same quality every day, · Offer innovative and competitive products in our sector, · As management, review all steps of the process at regular intervals to ensure ongoing compliance, adequacy, and effectiveness, · Keep external communication channels open and functional to provide sufficient information regarding food safety, as well as internal communication channels on key points affecting food safety, · Renew our systems and infrastructure to carry out our processes efficiently and effectively, and take necessary precautions against risks to food authenticity (authenticity) in all inputs we purchase and products we produce to ensure the maintenance of product safety, · Improve the culture of food safety and quality, · Instill the determined culture among the employees within the enterprise.
